We will be accepting nominations beginning in June 2008. Garden evaluation will be done in July and August. All nominated gardeners will receive an invitation to the Metro Blooms Day spring event. In 2007, 1,600 gardeners received an award for beautifying our city. Awards are mailed in November. The Nate Siegel Award: This annual top award is presented to an outstanding Minneapolis gardener at the Blooms Day spring event.
